  • Red Bull Conquest 2018 – 1st Place
  • DreamHack Denver 2017 – 1st Place
  • King of Iron Fist North America 2016 – 1st Place

Jimmyjtran is an American professional Tekken player from San Jose, California. As a full-time Bakery Supervisor, he considers himself one of the most low-key tournament players and has been in the Tekken scene since 2004, averaging 8-10 major events a year. Earlier this year, the Tekken legend placed 5th at Evo Japan, placing higher than JeonDDing, LowHigh, and Knee. One person, however, that jimmyjtran goes back and forth the most with is Anakin.

Fight for the Crown. Currently ranked second in the US, his most convincing win was during the King of Iron Fist North America tournament in 2016, where he defeated US first-ranked Anakin 3-0 in the finals. Anakin was able to get his revenge in identical ways at both Summer Jam 2018 and Northwest Majors 2019, where he sent jimmyjtran to the losers’ bracket, only to meet up in the finals and beat him again. In true back-and-forth fashion, at CEO 2019, jimmyjtran was able to outlast Anakin who placed 13th. Find out if this legacy player’s experience will stand up to the test during WSOE 7 and if he will show why he should be #1 in the US!

Joshua “Saiyne” Vernon

Notable Achievements:

  • CEO 2019 – 5th-6th Place
  • Combo Breaker 2019 – 9th-12th Place
  • Final Round 2019 – 7th Place
  • Winter Brawl 3D Edition 2019 – 2nd Place
  • Master Instinct 2: SoulCalibur 6 – 1st Place
  • Next Level Battle Circuit 151 2019 – 1st Place
  • Next Level Battle Circuit 150 2019 – 1st Place
  • DreamHack Atlanta 2018 – 2nd Place

Saiyne is a SoulCalibur player from New York who competes at Next Level Battle Circuit alongside linkorz and Sandman. As a college student studying mathematics, Saiyne is also highly into fashion and designing. When he first started playing competitively, he quickly developed the reputation of being a trash talker. This is because at his first tournament at the age of 17, Saiyne let the SoulCalibur community know that he was going to beat Xephukai. Even though Saiyne truly believed that he would win the tournament, he lost and it gave him this reputation.

More Than Just Words. Saiyne has a good amount of top finishes from different events. In 2018, he placed 2nd at DreamHack Atlanta, which was a higher placing than both linkorz and SonicFox. During the event, he was able to beat not only Dragon, but Xephukai as well. Saiyne was able to assert his dominance over the Next Level Battle Circuit by placing 1st and by beating ramon and incendiate on multiple occasions. At Winter Brawl 3D Edition, Saiyne placed second, only behind his rival linkorz. We can’t wait to see if Saiyne can prove that he is no longer just a trash talker and that he can back up his words with his gameplay at WSOE 7!
